Why use OpenGL in Windows when you'll be using DirectX anyway (Sound, Input, Networking)? The only reason to provide an OpenGL option is if the dev wants to leave the option open to release the game for a non Windows OS....and why would they want to do that when the market leader is Windows? Any …

Buy an Nvidia card? heh. Sorry... You could try forgetting about fullscreen mode and just adjusting DosBox.conf to the same resolution as your desktop. Effectively just running DosBox in a Window.

The only "Windows Emulator" in existince is "Wine" which isn't actually an emulator but an API translator. There are no "Windows" emulators just PC emulators. You can use Qemu/VirtualBox/Vmware/VPC/Parallels to install acopy of 95/98 and run your games in there assuming they do not use Direct3D. I …

Well Bioshock and UT 2004 use the same Unreal engine (although Bioshock's is of course a far newer ver).
