Download a CVS build from my signature. Eithe ykhwong's or gulikoza's. Make sure that you have configured dosbox.conf to core=dynamic and that you are using the appropriate amount of cycles for your computer.

You can use Microsoft Virtual PC/Vmware/Bochs/Qemu/DosBox to emulate Windows 3.1 on Windows 2000. DosBox can run Windows 3.1 but it is not ideal. Qemu is good if you want something free and is far more supported for Windows 3.1 than DosBox. Use Microsoft Virtual PC/Vmware if you want alot more speed …

Doh. Forgot about it not being x86. Sigh. Wishfull thinking I suppose..... I'm thinking those tons of BASIC/BOOTER/8086 programs should run alright tho.....and would work well with a handheld interface for the most part.
