Tried Mercs with the latest CVS today and it works! 1. Must create a CUE image. 2. Mount CUE file under dosbox using Imgmount Ex: imgmount d c:\mercs.cue -t iso 3. Install and play Mercs! Problem there is that Windows command prompt is a "C:\" so: 1. Using "C:\" as an icon would promote more confusion from users thinking that DosBox is the "Command Prompt" dosbox. 2. I wouldn't base your buying decision on that since it'll probably take some time to build up replies from the # of people that have Nforce4 boards and working EMS. Might be better off asking at Nforcers. Why care about Host EMS anyway? With a computer that fast any program that uses EMS will work …

Ok.... Are you trying to play Megarace 2 under DosBox or XP? DosBox will probably be too slow for you so you'll have to use it under XP, Microsoft Virtual PC, or MS-DOS. Finally, Did you read the above thread?

Don't have Synchronet but mabye try restarting the telnet service? 2K/XP have telnet, does this BBS software use that or a custom telnet solution?

Only DGVoodoo and GliDos are compatile with RedGuard. You could probably switch GLiDos's OpenGlide with another Glide but I wouldn't recommend it and you wouldn't get any support by using it.

GK1 never worked for me with NTVDM. For that machine either Microsoft Virtual PC or dual-boot with DOS will have to do.

Probably most useful for those without BIOS support to modify their multiplier and Cool and Quiet settings....I think. Haven't tried it out yet tho.
