You'll likely need to edit the config file via ssh on the qnap since the interface only has smb1 as a minimum, also you'll need to remember not to make changes in the GUI in the future since it may revert back. When you launch DOSBox it will show the configuration loaded in the "DOSBox Status Window" Don't drag batch files onto the DOSBox shortcut, that usage is only intended for very simple games.
