Does anyone know offhand if this would be a simple drop in swap or would there need to be changes to the BIOS to support a Prescott? I want to put a 2.8ghz Prescott P4 in a Compaq server that currently has a 2.4ghz Northwood P4 in it. Both chips would be socket 478 and be running with the same FSB …

I'm trying to get someone to email me back with the hardware specs to run the game since they aren't shown on the website. The release date puts the game in the Pentium MMX/P-II era and I'm guessing that just about any 3D video card more powerful than a Virge would be able to handle the graphics.

I can see the website from the US, so whoever can't see it is having some other issue. Maybe the blockage is ISP specific or maybe they need to change to OpenDNS to resolve the address.

I think the Albatron may have been the one I was thinking of. Asus is easier to remember than Albatron and they both start with A, so I probably got confused.
