Reinstall the game and it should have the default layout, or change the mk2 keys (pressing f10 at the title screen or something like that).

Dunno why the hell you'd want to apply all those custom modifications, compiles fine out of the box, and the dependencies can usually be installed easily with a package manager.

event checking (ie. returning to dosbox.cpp main loop) is bound to the cycles value and that is checked at all block boundaries (see BR_Cycles).

Use a custom dosbox config file and put the stuff in the [autoexec] section as that's what is supposed to be used rather than blindly modifying the source code.

in non-x86 dynrec, some instructions use function dyn_dop_word_imm (which reads immediate values from original instruction stream) and some instructions use function dyn_dop_word_imm_old (which encodes immediate values in the translated code) - the question is why ? This happened before the 0.73 release as well, and usually the response from the sf people is "it works for us" and a few days later it works for other people as well, so who knows...
