Video scaling is what a video editor is supposed to do, including the type of filtering, so use virtualdub or premiere or afterfx or whatever you like.

The version of DOSBox that you're searching is called WINDOWS and you can buy it at microsoft.com

Well guess the file is corrupted for one or the other reason. Usually they're self-checked before the patch is applied.

What is "opcode view"? For memory references this is displayed if for example the associated page is not accessible (non-present).

You need to install the game, or copy it onto your harddisk if that works (remember to remove the readonly attribute from the files).

On a quick glance an opl2 percussion soundfont is mentioned, which is quite strange because the percussions are regular instruments thus have all the usual effects which are unlikely to be respected by a soundfont, or what am i missing?

That's strange. Back up your stuff, re-download dosbox 0.72 from dosbox.com, install that and re-check. If it still doesn't work some other app is stealing or modifying that key combination.
