Yes! There are a couple of adapters on eBay. The ones I use come with a push button. One thing to watch for is that if you use a new ATX PSU then there won't be -5V. This is only an issue for a few ISA cards like the LAPC-I, Sound Blaster 2.0 and PAS 16. I use a XFX 450W with my 386 and 486 gear.

Just a comment regarding surround setups. I see a lot of setups with the surround speakers places totally wrong. They should not be "behind" but to the sides / a tiny bit behind.

Oh I got 4 new SS7 boards, don't you worry 😀 It's still the ultimate time-machine 😁 But finally having some 386 and 486 gear is also very nice. Allows me to make some comparisons and I have a few videos planned as well 😀

I find the game easier when it is slower rather than too fast. On a 386DX-40 with Cache and an ET4000 the game is definitely too fast for my liking. Tomb Raider, Wing Commander 4 and The DIG was in DOS, Tomb Raider 2, Wing Commander Prophecy and Monkey Island 3 were on Windows. So for me that was the cut off.

I would definitely contact the seller. There is an option for both parties to "walk away". The seller then just re-lists the item. Hopefully though you can work out an acceptable combined shipping cost.

For most eBay sales there is a shipping section at the bottom. You enter the quantity and it will calculate the combined shipping cost. Some are very good, some total rip-off like yours.

Yes that was the AMD K6-2+ and 3+ 😀 You can change the multiplier through software and therefore on a 66MHz FSB hit frequencies between 133 and 400 MHz.
