Yup, they are both cached after loading them a few times. But IE 64bit takes somewhat longer to launch. You can do a clean install of W7 32 bit, measure the time it takes to boot and then do the same with W7 64 bit. You will find that W7 32bit will boot a little bit faster. Do you have any other …
