Thanks, but once I've deleted them all, how can I reset these, without re-entering them all?

Hello everyone on the DOSBox forum. I am relatively new to DOSBox. Last I tried to run QBasic in DOSBox, but it told me to press [Ctrl]+[F4]. But, this refreshes the cache (If I'm right). Is there anyway I can turn these [Ctrl]+ x keys off? Thanks, - aria1121
