Might be worth seeing how the pins in this chart are connected or what signal is going through them on desktop boards shown to work with the Tillimock. Then mimic what these pins are doing on boards which do not fully support the Tillimock.

I have bought a few of those in the past - that is, in the ps/2 format. For some reason, on all the units I bought, even NOS, the scroll wheel is incredibly difficult to move. It seems as if the rubber on the scroll wheel has expanded over time and rubs on the housing.

I think you will discover that OpenGL and DirectX drivers for the G450 will not function properly, even if you can find a working Windows display driver. Might work with the POD, but I haven't tried it.

I run an FX60 as my daily computer. It was mentioned to be a good overclocker, but for stability, I found that 2.8 GHz is about max for my system. My system is not for gaming and I use an AGP-based AMD HD4350 graphics card in it.

Cut the leads of the old UM8663 IC with a sharp, preferably new, razer blade. Then the remaining leads are easy to desolder one by one. Install the new IC your smallest weller tip and 0.3 mm thick solder.

As far as I know, Deturbo usually interjects wait states to the l1 and l2 cache, not sure what it does to the FSB speed. I usually just set the deturbo LED display to the FSB freq. for simplicity.
