These results look fairly low to me. Could you display the UMC Speedsys screenshot with the CMOS memory/cache timings optimised?

Janoz, I am curious why you didn't just modify the module directly. Perhaps you wanted to preserve the originality of the ECS module? Does that KBC in your ECS board support ps/2 mice? Do you have a Holtek or AMIKEY-2?

AMIKEY-2 should support PS/2 mice and the pins for PS/2 mouse data and clock should be the same as that shown on the Holtek keyboard controller.

I am curious why you are guessing the Vcc pins? You should be able to measure which pins are Vcc and GND based on the Vcc and GND pins on the PSU connector. The only somewhat uncertain pins are Data and CLK, but there are only two possible positions for those. Even those two pins can be determined …

That link suggests that you could only go up to Celeron 533 MHz for SMP mode because after this speed SMP in Celerons was disabled. However, I am left wondering if a PIII-1100/100 chip might work. Which version of CBROM do you need? I have 130, 132, 182, 195, 196, 198, 201, and 606. When I extracted my original.tmp from an AWARD 4.51PG BIOS, only two of those CBROM versions worked. You probably have a newer BIOS. Which versions have you tried?

There exists a 430TX board with 1024KB of cache? Which ones? bristlehog, you can use CTCM7 in DOS to determine how much RAM is being cached.
