Yes, that helps. It looks like the scores with a PIII-S 1.4 with the AGP version of the 6200 are marginally higher than with the PCI version. Which 440BX board are you using? Do you have the Powerleap Tualatin adapters?

I also saw that on the news between diaper changes. He had a pretty full career. I used to watch Matlock in the 80's, but gravitated more towards the adventure contained in Magnum PI. I was also a big Rockford Files junkie.

I'd really like to see confirmation of Windows 98SE driver installation to establish potential for use. I know the TNT2 does not work on the UMC boards, so I doubt anyting NVIDIA TNT2+ will work, that includes GeForce2MX. I'd like to determine if the RIVA TNT1 is the end of the road for UMC.

I was able to get a high resolution image of that ALi motherboard. The chipset date code is from Week 46 of 1999, which is by far the latest chipset datecode I've seen on any 486 motherboard. I wonder what the target industry for this board was?

The 6200s with a AGP connector keyed to work in a AGP 2x slot may not actually be capable of it. I've read that this possibly is an error on the part of the manufacturer and that the chip doesn't support 3.3v signaling. I've been running a 6200 AGP in my 2X AGP system (dual PIII-850 Slot1 440BX) …

Could you see if the Win98 TNT drivers work on a 486? When using a 486, I've found that some cards will work on DOS, but not in Windows. A good example is the Matrox G450 PCI card on a SiS.
