If you mean about Daemon Tools, I tried a copy I had, but there was a driver conflict error. I think the copy to which you linked would result in the same. I tried to reinstall Windows, and now, during the boot process, the system spontaneously restarts. 🙁

When I double-click on the Daemon Tools icon on my desktop, I get an error message referring to "C:\Windows\daemon.dll." I'm wondering if replacing this file will help, but I've been unsuccessful in reinstalling Daemon Tools. How do I replace that file?

No. Is there a way to back up all this information from DOS? I have some flash drive I can use to hold the information and DOS-based USB and LFN drivers, and the flash drives must be large enough to hold all the information.
