Sorry about being so general. 🙁 The "svga_s3" video model doesn't support VESA modes in one of my DOS programs, but when I tried "svga_et4000", the VESA modes work.

Sorry! On my WinVista system and DOSBox setup, I have Win16 at D:\WINDOWS, but I wanted to bring it to C:\WINDOWS, because that's the normal directory. If it's so much effort, I guess I'll just keep it at D: \WINDOWS. 🙁

Where on the internet can I find Multi-media Win16 files, a.k.a. 256-color bitmaps, .AVI and .WAV files and Multi-media apps.? I wnt to have fun with Win16. 😀

I have DOSBox 0.74 and Win 3.1 and want to copy them to a flash drive for use at a day program. I already copied the files, but the copy needs a different configuration from the original, namely the WINDOWS directory needs to change drives in the emulation config. How do I format and use high-capacity floppies (i.e. >1.4MB) under Win32? I have 2M, but it only works for DOS. I want it for Win32 and have Win98, WinXP and WinVista. I still have some old Win 3.1 aplications from when I played on a Win3.1-based 486SX33MHz PC, including After Dark, videos and some games. When I had that system, I eventually had to compress the hard drive. After that, it still lasted until a virus hit it. I'd really like to see some of this stuff …
