I do the same, only I use cable ties and group them with audio, power, lan. Benefit of cable ties is you can undo them quickly and reuse. (plus they are free once you start saving them) Its still looks like a bowel of spaghetti but at least finding the correct cable for the correct system is easier …

Awesome late dos SVGA machine, The TNT2 and AWE64 are perfect. Early Win9x gaming should be good as well, its fairly period correct, but 300Mhz and the TNT will limit the later 9x games. While its true you don't need that much ram, if it isn't hurting anything why not right?

is that soundcard onboard? as I find it funny I have a XPS T500 and Gateway's equivalent. Both use the same motherboard (Intel's OEM SE440BX-3) only difference* was Gateway has the AudioPCI on board where dell used Yamaha *and of course the power connector
