The BX chipset LBA addressing maxes out at around 160GB, due to disks are addressed 130Gb is reasonable If you did want more you can use Dynamic drive overlay software if you wish to go above the limit of a motherboard. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_drive_overlay

If the BIOS doesn't support anything above Pentium 2 microcode you would loose support for SSE which was introduced with the Pentium 3. I suspect though it supports Katmai but not Coppermine microcode and not aware of any major microcode changes, even SEE isnt that important on a gaming PC of this …
