If the graphics stay in a tiny area when fullscreen=true it is the graphics card/driver (or SDL) that is the problem, and will not scale the video up to full-screen size. As DosFreak wrote - unless someone made an error in the programming of DOSBox, or a virus is really REALLY clever and know how to make DOSBox mount stuff, then "whatever happens in DOSBox, stays in DOSBox" (and the drives you mount yourself).
