IIGS - look for the correct option names with '$ man mount' or '$ man mount_cd9660'. Or after you have done the mounting, simply do a '$ mount', and it should list the current mounts, including the applied options.

IIGS_User + Freddo - I must be doing something terrible wrong, because I get no MIDI-sound when choosing the MPU-401. I am using a standard, non-modified dosbox.conf (except fwor the gus=false), and the demo from the link in this thread. What am I doing wrong? How do your HMISET.CFG look like?

You mistyped the nosuid (no set-user-id) option as 'nosuit' 😀 Since you didn't get an error message, I guess the mount_cd9660 utility simply ignored the unknown option, in which case I think you can omit it all together.

I like the idea of a text-based, BIOS-setup like interface to DOSBox. Like a BIOS.COM program on the Z-drive that acted like a wrapper around the config -get/-set command.

I don't think you can change that DOSBox uses CTRL-F9 for terminating itself. But as wd says, you can use the keyboard mapper to find another key to use as the Turbo Pascal "Run" key.

You need to run the W3C.EXE with option -I in order to have the game perform its hardware evaluation, installation and configuration (at least I think it is -I. But it should all be explained in your manual).
