Are the analog RGB signals sent from one card to the next over that cable? If so it may be advisable to use an 80-pin ultra ata cable as it is 75-Ohm just like video cable. I think you mean a 80 conductor 40-pin cable ;) The resistance shouldn't matter much considering it's such a short cable. …

Jorpho is right, your post definitely lacks detail. If you google for Tornado, it requires a 486DX2-66 to run smoothly. I've got a Defender GameRacer, would not recommend it to anybody. It's ergonomic and has soft buttons, but wiring is weird, the cross and the buttons on the right duplicate sticks, so it basically has 8btn+ 4axis rather than 12btn+cross+2axis. Nice hardware! Your motherboard is so hot! Integrated FDC can usually be disabled in BIOS, ISA I/O cards are cheap and go with 1FDD, 2 IDE, 2COM, 1 LPT. They are usually configured with a set of jumpers, so you can disable every item except FDC.

If you want HX, there's ASUS XP55T2P4. I own the AT version (ASUS P55T2P4), which is rock solid and succesfully overclocks to 83 Mhz. Alternatively, I've seen quite a lot Lucky Star 5VP3 if you're not scared of VIA chip set.
