It handles Diablo III at somewhat playable FPS (~20). I'm confused :\ The game was designed for Radeon 8500, 5470 can't be that bad... I used to have 8500, the two things are barely comparable 😀

Well, I just installed it on E6300/HD5670/7x32 desktop system and it runs smooth, even when I turn on every possible graphic enhancement in Catalyst. But I still wish it could work on a laptop... :) By the way, how would GPU-Z help? I disable Intel GPU and enable ATi GPU through the context menu, …

Hey! I've been trying to run Insane on my laptop (i5-450M, HD5470, 4Gb RAM, 7x64) and it wasn't quite successful. The game has terrible FPS when playing at best settings, and as I use less demanding ones another glitch ruins the gameplay: some weird framelimiter (?) makes the game run really slow …

I would suggest removing extra 64Mb of RAM, the 430TX chipset can't cache more than 64Mb. The system will run significantly faster!

A friend of mine works in a serious refrigiration facility. On their 60th anniversary they released a promo-CD with a movie about their company. The guy who made it messed up and now they have 200 000 CDs of soundless video. Now that is a huge waste.

Trident 8900D, Trident 9000 are OK and can be found anywhere in surprisingly high quantities for (almost) free. Never had any trouble with them.
