I used the full version bundled with my Creative TNT2 card. According to the manual/readme its the retail version (no words about any OEM changes). System: AMD K6-III+ @ 500mhz Epox Socket 7 motherboard, latest BIOS. MVP3 chipset 128MB SDRAM G400 16MB (I don't own a G450) AWE64 Value I installed the …

Worked for me :) It looks like in the screenshots https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/57506833/vogons/diverse/20140818224239.jpg I got crash to desktop when I had the PowerVR card inserted. They did run the game with the feature enabled, just read what they say when it comes to performance. They don't mention anything that you need a special Matrox version of the game for it to …

Re: run roland sc55

Of course it matters. When you play to MPU-401 it utilizes both IRQ and I/O. Regardless of whether it is software or hardware. Using AWE64 I would highly recommend you set IRQ to the default 5 to make it easier for games using general MIDI to recognize it by default. The 2/9 IRQ is for much older …

Re: run roland sc55

Did you check the I/O (should be 2/9 ideally) and IRQ (should be 330 ideally) for the MPU-401? Does the MPU-401 conflict with anything else? Good luck! Do you see any MIDI input on the SC-55 LED? Did you connect speakers to the SC-55? He is using a AWE64 card, not an Roland MPU-401, meaning IRQ is …

I think the game had a pretty interesting techno soundtrack When I read this I immediately thought about Motorhead which has an excellent techno soundtrack, but then you started talking about rudimentary graphics which I don't think Motorhead has (compared to other games at that time) You also …
