Isn't it just a backend order issue in the SDL sources? Directx after windib or something like that. I think there was a patch in the Dosbox sources at some point. Or similar... Edit: This? DOSBox & Aero (Transparency disabled on Full/Windows mode switch) Use the search... 😉

Did you check your spam filter/folder or is the account you receive these mails not forwarding to your main mail account or something like thst? Other than that only unsubscribing (in the notification email) should prevent you receiving these emails.

As it enulates the Voodoo card I think the official should be used. As this is the only one that triggers the terminal Voodoo output I'd say go from there. Black screen often hints that you need a different output in the config

Yes, but the dynarec core for 64bit is not as performant as the 32bit core. As I wrote, on OS X the 64bit built is extremely slow.

Also... 32bit vs 64bit... at least on OS X the 64bit build is only a fraction as speedy as the 32bit one...

actually fullscreen=true needs to be below [sdl]. You should look at the default dosbox.conf for a more verbose config which explains stuff. For example that the commands needs to be in the autoexec section (meaning below [autoexec]. But from your smiley I guess you made it work now?

There is a reason there is no mt32-emu support. Edit: DOSBox doesn't want to support software piracy in any way. As long as the Roland ROMs are required and those legal status not completely clear, the DSOBox devs will (AFAIK) not build in support. I've been using imgmount for CDs and for booting …

I always said "three-eleven" but "Dos six-two-two". A lot of software does number like x.8, x.9, x.10, x.11 though most is open source that does that.
