Basically the same as with confs. A text file in c:/dosgames with the file ending bat, for example tomb.bat. In the text file you have the commands for starting tombraider: Imgmount d pathto/image.cue C: cd tomb Tomb.exe (Or similar, not exactly sure what to enter for starting tomb raider)

Well then maybe, if nothing works in fullscreen it's time to make the call and say that it just won't run in full screen anymore. That modern OS' have a problem running software developed for a 20+ years old OS (DOS). Either live with this or shell out big money and have someone develope a modern …

Don't force one dosbox setup for all games. Either use a frontend or create batch files for each game which imgmounts the correct iso then. You won't play them all at once 😉

Use a modern program. It's too much hassle to work with the old ones (and dosbox doesn't support apps)

You might get it to work through special Dosbox builts, namely Dosbox-x. IDos won't work.
