resurrecting this, sorry, but could this be added in anyway to the main Dosbox? I totally forgot that there exists a ripsaw-to-the-rescue-fix-file and nagged elsewhere that this is still not working in dosbox... 😀

Hmm, interesting I think I still use the drivers from the guide (1.68 or so) and that worked for me. But, anyways, it's working and that's all that matters 😉

I also cannot reproduce with Dosbox 0.74, WfW 3.11m SB16, S3 (1024x768x256 SF). Did you install everything following the Win3.x guide? Edit: which version of the game are you using? I also used the one Ripsaw linked at (instead of looking through my floppy disks 😀)

Unfortunately it seems the graphics part of the dynamic core is highly unstable. Can be seen by running stuff in Windows 3.x in Dosbox. Run any program in it and its window size is much bigger than the desktop size :( Edit: and this is again *fixed* by using old Apple gcc instead of the one that …

You can use dosbox mostly better by NOT using a boot image. Follow the 60 seconds guide to install the game without using a boot image.
