It's either a barrier for real persons or a useless wiki full of spam. What would you prefer? How could you think the wiki was for the program dos? The main wiki page does explicitly say what it is about http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Main_Page Also, AFAIK there is no program called dos.

When you do what? Reinstall dosbox. There will be a startmenu entry for editing the correct config file

cd Silent~1 This is a telltale sign that you didn't install the game from within Dosbox. Start over, follow the 60 seconds guide and maybe add the -ioctl switch to the -t cdrom (see the readme).

Please tell us what OS you are on, 32 bit vs 64 bit is not really identifying it 😉 Then tell us how you set the game up (mountings) and how you are playing it now (mountings). Also see the readme for additional settings when you mount the cd

I'd say Dosbox is a gui program. It's not a prompt only program. Only stdout is shown in terminal.

LibSDL.org is what SDL is and Dosbox is using that as well as other projects like ScummVM or Exult... Try those or see if you find some bug report about your distro, libsdl 1.2.15 and fullscreen

When dosbox says it's using a config at a specific path then this is what dosbox is using. Just because you can't see it doesn't meanit doesn't exist...
