So if it works with russian Win3.x then look through the system.ini and win.ini of the russian Windows and try to find what might be responsible for displaying russian text. Then try putting the russian files. Into the English Windows. Probably a lot trial and error until you got it right. Good luck …

The problem is most likely loading the printer drivers, as you can't print in dosbox. By default dosbox emulates a small hard drive.

Just maybe asampoo screwed up? Fishing but could you try Alcohol 120% to make the image (the trial version works fine afaik)?

Yes, try different outputs as some cards may need it. But as you've noticed with the integrated intel chip, it's also a driver issue. Most of the times sending people off to use the latest driver AND try different output modes in dosbox brings success

I really see why you are frustrated but also don't ;) An auction has a set ending time. If someone bids right at the end so be it. You can never make it perfect. If you don't allow bids in the last minute than effectively the auction ends a minute early. If you extend it then the whole auction thing …

What is your current situation that you'd rather not use the driver? It wiuld instantky solve your problem: install the driver and use Dosbox 0.74 or any straight SVN built. Done 😉
