Dosbox emulates OPL, it's not using your card directly or am I missing something here?

Install windows 9x from within dosbox. But that is not supported and you will need to find out how on your own.

Please contact whoever provides games in app format. Dosbox doesn't do that so it seems you are using pirated games. Dosbox itself uses the file ~/library/preferences/dosbox 0.74 preferences for its config on the mac.

hmm, perhaps there is an install.bat on the floppy. Try "install c" (or variations for c:, c:\). If that doesn't work, see if it really is a batch file and post the contents here.

Do you mean the sb drivers linked to in the windows 3.x guide for dosbox? Because those used to work, if those do not work anymore I need to know that. The screen problem does not affect everyone, btw. Works fine for me on OS X (that has another bug though with that many colors).
