If only I could... There's no such switch. Sometimes game pads have a "secret" combination of buttons/pad movements that switches the controls. At least my adaptoid N64-to-USB adapter features that.

DOSBox can't fix the problem. To quote wd in this thread Right, that's pretty much the only solution. We're using SDL thus only indirectly the directinput interface, and those special keyboard drivers screw up the scancodes for unknown reason.

@andwan, please consider shortening your signature. This picture is highly annoying and just too big... I posted above about the PCMCIA cards. You see, PCMCIA does not do DMA like ISA does. So PCMCIA is not entirely unlike PCI in that DOS games can not see the card unless there is some sort of DMA …

btw. lock stock Dosbox did have some problems with images larger than 512 MB (or somewhere around that size). Maybe this applies here. I *think* Hal's Megabuild does have a patch applied to allow larger images http://home.arcor.de/h-a-l-9000/

You can leave out the -fs none, but then you have to imgmount it to "c" and not to "2". I had a Matrox Mystique back in the days and it worked ok, along with the Voodoo2 I later had as well. I don't think I had any problems in dos games but I also didn't play Keen, so I don't know about that. Edit: I wrote this before Hal's post was there, so better believe him, not me 😀

huh? Before the autosize detection, it was supposed to be that you mount the image with -fs none to boot from it... AND the purpose was to have the OP mount the hd image with the -size option, not to boot from a floppy image...

No, type it like that with the 2 and then do the normal "boot -l c" AFAIR when you don't give the file system (-fs none) you can't mount it to a letter, you need to mount it to a number or so. I *think* in the area of mounting an image to boot from it are currently some inconsistencies or it's …

The laptops, I used did have a Fn key combination to use some of the right keys as numpad. Might not work on linux AND is probably annoying to work with 🙁

Dosbox is not the simple solution you are looking for. Maybe VirtualPC or VMWare with an installed Windows 95 is enough for running this.

Yes, please use the latest version. Apart from that it sounds like you have mounting problems. Always use the same mountings when you have installed a game and the next time you play it. That means also to use the same CD-Rom mountings (if that applies to this game).
