it does but in more ways than one can count it doesn't. It's not really useable. It's like having a car with no motor on it on top of a hill. Sure you can get to the bottom with the car but you might get hurt doing that 😀

First, if you post about Dosbox, use the dosbox part of this forum. As for this patch, when you read the thread you see that it is not perfect. Lets be honest. How many fingers of one hand do you need to count the CD-based DOS only games? I have more CD based Dos games than finger on one hand. AND the OP was asking about a DOS system not a Windows one.

A lot of them have this. The quiet mode is just achieved by forcing the CD-Rom drive to not go beyond a certain speed. This worked for other drives as well I think

yeah, it looks like a dosbox builtin virtual keyboard, especially since it says dosbox 0.71 in green fonts below the keyboard. Ask the video shooter 😀

identify the tablet and you will likely be able to identify the software the tablet maker uses for the virtual keyboard... Why don't you ask the video shooter?

sorry we kind of missed that PC98 games come on a CD-Rom. You are out of luck. No CD-Rom support in booted dos, yet 🙁

an iso is a CD-Rom, I don't think Dosbox can boot off a CD-Rom yet. Get a bootable Dos floppy image (for example from freedos) and follow the guide at Sample usage of a harddisc image in DOSBOX

Yeah, uwadv has been out of development for quite some time. That Dosbox is at fault is only part of the reason... A major part was also the lack of interest of the author and no one willing to really step in and help it along...

Nowadays they probably would get sued. sure, that must be right since nowadays all games are released in perfect, bug free versions.
