You don't disable it by removing it with #, if you put a # in front of a setting Dosbox assumes the default for this setting. sbtype=none disables soundblaster.

nope, not possible by Dosbox, game resolution is controlled by the game engine. For example to view more of Ultima7 or Ultima8 you have to use Exult or PEntagram, new game engines for these games. With Dosbox this is not possible.

you can't run it without as they've removed all installation programs or setup utils. meaning it's ONE program. It's not. Only because they stripped the setup applications doesn't mean the game doesn't have its own exe. I think MiniMax was right in his last post...

Maybe also take a look at Exult (http://exult.sf.net), we also have a zaurus port (and we are using SDL) and AFAIK the code is in CVS. Unfortunately Exult is not one of the sources that is easy to understand right away. But, well, maybe it helps you.

Will it do the job? Only so far as Kreshna pointed out. It requires EMS for its drivers (and you NEED to load the drivers for sound - unlike some old SB cards) and some games do not work with EMS (even if you use UMBPCI).
