I'm too lazy to try Arachne (DOS browser) under Windows 95 but I can't see why it shouldn't work.

I'm not trying to win. I'm not even fighting! I think no one here is. The point is that RIAA is damaging the music and motion pictures industries - period.

I used to have a similar problem. Make sure you have the latest version of your video drivers and of DirectX What are your configurations? (Video card, OS version, etc.)
