I finally got an AC3 demodulator for my laserdisc player. Only took me 25 years. 😜 I can't wait to try it out on Friday. It'll be interesting to hear how lossy 5.1 encodes from the mid-90s measure up against stereo PCM tracks upmixed via Dolby Surround.
