Have you tried recapping the whole board? I've had the issue of no POST on a QDI Advance 9 mobo and it was due to the Licon caps it had which failed with no signs. A full recap of the board (anything 1000uF and higher) brought my QDI back to life and would sucssesfully POST every time.

Not really sure if it helps, but my Hama K210 keyboard, which is USB, works fine with an USB to PS/2 adapter connected to a DIN5 to PS/2 adapter just fine, although I think both adapters are passive.

As far as Wikipedia tells it, it seems the same NV5 chip was also used for the M64, with the exception that instead of 128bit it's on a 64bit bus.

As the title asks, can I flash a TNT2 Pro BIOS on a TNT2 M64 card? I have a few of these M64s laying around and wondered if the BIOS can be crossflashed to Pro, similar to how the FX5200 can be flashed to 5500.

You got a VT6202 PCI card to work on one of these? I have one and at least three mobos (Soyo 6BA+IV 440BX, Luckytech P5MVP3 and Acorp 6VIA81P) refused to even POST with it inserted.

What's that mobo? I can see 478 and PCI-E made by ASUS in a uATX format, but as far as I could find, the P4GD1 is the only one I found, and that is full ATX.

That looks like a resistor array. Not unfixable but I think you'd need a very fine tip soldering iron. (IIRC T12 tips are usually the finest?)
