Or the OP can run a 32-bit version of Windows 7. I don't know why people are so adamant about running 64-bit Windows and trying to get old sh!t to work.

I think I've tried every variation of DOS over the last 20 years and nothing is as compatible as MSDOS. I ruled out FreeDOS awhile ago.

133FSB is overrated. Remember, you are building a retro rig so raw speed is not the most important factor - compatibility is. If you want to make up for that "deficiency", just put in a faster P3 to compensate. I also recommend a BX board.

Any card that supports those drivers will probably be a dog in Win9x and compromise that speed. If DOS gaming isn't too important, you might want to investigate the latest Matrox card (G400, Mystique maybe??) that supports Win3.1. They would have their own drivers, but it would work in both Windows …
