See if that 1000 will run at 133, good chance it will. The 800EB is probably faster in most cases since it's a 33% faster FSB versus a 20% faster clock.

Can't a Live do that? I noticed it was enabled as an option for Jedi Knight. I figured it was some sort of emulation or reverse engineering.

I do, basically just because I rarely play more than one game at a time on old systems, heh. So space isn't much of a concern.

I actually once got a virus on a 98 system from using IE6- it failed to open, just gave me a random error about missing .net 3. That was hilarious. In any case, I use Opera 10. It's kinda shit but you're not gonna get far on the modern net anyway with that hardware.

It can get a bit derpy if you play around with drivers a lot, I had to format once when it somehow disabled all D3D devices forever. If you're drivers are stable it works great.

I would kill for a way to just flick on/off the D3D part of the Voodoo drivers (specifically for a V2), but since I have no idea how the above utility is exactly what I was going to suggest.

Have you flashed the BIOS? It's my understanding that mac voodoos have a different bios from standard PC ones.

Would messing with the VID jumper change anything? I could try but I'm scared of that lighting everything on fire so I'm gonna ask. Specifically the Voltage I/O jumper which doesn't appear to be the CPU voltage, but is instead the voltage supplied to the board.
