SetMul with the C3s should work in a S370 but software controlled FSB won't.

I don't see why it wouldn't, the installer is pretty simple but I haven't tested it on XP in quite a long time since I just copy my games over and use a crack or steam emulator. On various forums I've seen complaints about Steam on Windows 2000 but not on XP so should be good. Doesn't work =/ …

The forced patching out of content in the case of the GTA games is nausea-inducing to me. I'm sure there are ways to use older 'offline' versions, thankfully but still...

Ezra-T can do about 1.2ghz or so depending on the chip. It's less about getting more power (although it is noticable) and more about getting more flexibility. A regular Ezra has 16 multiplier options, an Ezra-T has 27.

Hey congrats on your system, Tenorman. Glad to see it worked out and you were able to secure a 6BXC. If you want to upgrade your chip there are some 1.0ghz Ezra-Ts out there for sale last I checked, for pretty cheap, too. Matze79, can you elaborate on Slackware? I'm not familiar.

Is CSAA (Antialiasing) of any concern with regards to XP? Were there games that used this for their ingame AA options or was it only used through nVidia control panel?

Think Steam command line switches, config changes and blocking outbound communication in the firewall supposedly works. I use smartsteamemu and cracks instead. I can post a list of games these work for if anyone is interested. What about simply disconnecting the machine from the internet …

Yeah I'll be missing my horse armor while Steam users won't be able to play their games at all. The only way I see Steam failing in the next 10 or 15 years is if the entire PC platform goes the way of the dodo. Meanwhile, I can totally see the PS4 hardware or firmware failing inside that span. …

I have one of Keropi's 8 bit midi cards that has MIDI in -- are there any programs that could recognize my modern digital piano as even a basic controller and I could create 3-voice tunes in on my SX or TL?
