It's possible a Windows Update installed your AGP drivers for you. (You HAVE been keeping up-to-date, haven't you?) Are you using VDMSound? ... oh yeah. and, your system's hosed. buy a new one. 😉

I'm surprised nobody has made a thread for this one yet. Apparently Director 5.0 is too retarded to work in NT/2K/XP. It relies on 16-bit DLLs that do not exist in NT. Is it at all feesible, possible, etc. to somehow kluge a later Director version in? or is that impossible since LINGO is precompiled …

Warnings when compiling shit with MSVC++ have existed since the beginning of time, don't worry about those. Just focus on the errors, and especially the fatal ones.

Windows 9x had an option to mask the fact that it was running; why does NTVDM, a DOS VIRTUALIZER, still set that bit, and could someone write a TSR that kills it? (I know that, for example, Star Trek: A Final Unity will not run its setup program if it detects Windows.)

There is a fullscreen option. IN THE LAUNCHPAD. You have the launchpad, right? Because, you should. There's no reason not to.

~heh~ Okay. Are you running Windows 3.1? No? THEN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT INSTALL A DRIVER FROM IT. Simple computing sense, do not try to use a driver for a different version of *!*@* unless you want to reformat your system. Sorry for being harsh and blatant, but, uh, DUH!
