I dunno, they still reference it on their website, and for Windows 2003 too, so it should still come with the package. Weeeird. Check around a bit, if you still can't find it I'll upload it.

Noo-o-o-o. It's a SPECIAL option that you have to manually select in QFixApp. It isn't on by default in any of the profiles (IIRC)

Most likely you'll need to be running as a user in the 'Super Users' or 'Administrators' groups. Also, you should try upgrading to DirectX 9.0a (weird, I know) and also get all the latest "security" ""patches"" from Microsoft.

The problem is with the registry, and the original will work correctly provided you use the Application Compatibility Toolkit's "Virtual Registry" compatibility option with the installer.

Pretty sure you need to use ACT for the Virtual Registry. It's one of the compatibility options in QFixApp.
