You run System Shock with the following command line: MOUSE2KV.EXE 640 480 8 8 C:\PATH\TO\SSH-INSTALL-DIR\cdrom\dos4gw.exe C:\PATH\TO\SSH-INSTALL-DIR\cdrom\cdshock.exe Where cdshock.exe is Mok's modified CDSHOCK XP?

You have to run CDSHOCK.EXE as follows: DOS4GW CDSHOCK.EXE Otherwise it uses a crash-prone extender.

It should be running in a 640x480 mode if it's actually running with hardware acceleration. You might need to set some compatibility mode switches for the Voodoo^2 to get it working.

Hmm, yeah. That'll happen. Um, have you tried running it in DOSBox? I bet it's a DPMI game though, hmm... Well, you might have to wait, there isn't much to be done about games using processor clock speeds to perform things.

SO. You got this patch: http://www.irrationalgames.com/shock2/files/shkpatch.exe And then you got a No-CD crack for the CORRECT VERSION of the game. And it doesn't work. Do I have this correct?

Search is your friend, especially since this has been gone over about 1000 times before. Get to fix System Shock: attachment.php?s=&postid=10375 Then, get for mouse problems in SVGA: showthread.php?s=&threadid=1059

You have to use VDMSound in XP with GliDOS. It's not an option.
