I can pretty much guarantee you DELL has no idea what the hell they're talking about. That card is not faulty if it works correctly in true DOS. Why you would get anything other than a GeForce3 is beyond me.

I imagine there is a config file that you can manually edit. Why it would think your mouse is moving is strange. You might try running it with Mouse2KV. Something silly like that might clear it up.

Yeah, they use those for the flower cooling heatsinks (which actually don't work as well as the one I've referenced). They also sell fans that blow over your PCI/AGP components. Or at least, if you've got space. 😉

It's still a bitmap file no matter which way you look at it. Of course making the image dimensions smaller will reduce the filesize, heh. Anyway, I suggest using a better image program.
