I hope I don't get hanged for saying this but I'd get it for the case and turn it into a PC. Sell the guts and mod the inside of the case to fit at least a mini-ITX board.

The expo is planned to last up to three weeks from October 10th until the end of the month. Thanks, I was considering using #1 for Windows seeing the low hardware requirements. It will also be the only DOS machine to feature Internet access via mTCP 😀

Visited my parents yesterday and picked up that old monochrome hercules monitor. Hope it still works - going to find out tomorrow :-) These things are nearly impossible to find. Finally some good news. I was able to get all the important bits to four 1.44MB floppies while the old hard drive was connected to a 386 mobo 😉 On XT side: - managed to low-level format the hard drive - FDISK create new partition - format in DOS - install IBM PC DOS 3.30 It's alive!
