Does working on a 21 year old car count as retro activity? If so, I replaced the ABS pump, bled the rear brakes (to a point, I need to do more), and replaced the rear struts (that was a pain doing it myself, but worth every minute).

Recloned the 160GB HDD to the 500GB SSD to use half of the storage so I can install Linux. Linux was a pain to get it working with the 9400M on a MacBook Late 2008 Unibody until I found commands to repair the 340 drivers. Also added the rEFIned boot manager to make it snazzy. That and so I can …

I love my Model 1 HD. Looks so sharp on my PVMs and once I make a cable for the Model 2 (going to solder adjacent to the wiring that my Model 1 cable is using), it'll look so good. Good thing I added the 3.5mm jack to the multi-console A/V switch board I fabricated a long time ago.

My Sony PVM-9L1 and PVM-1341. I need to make minor adjustments to the 1341's geometry since it's a bit angled, however, it's sharp and it looks good for a PVM that's a month older than I am.
