Ok, duh - disabled auto config and tweaked. Am I tweaked at the right settings here, or can I get more out of it? Thanks. 3DBench 1.0C went from 81.x to 92.8 w/ this new config. bp

I just ran SST on my newly assembled ASUS PVI-486SP3 w/ AMD 5x86 @ 160MHZ, 32MB RAM, 256K L2 cache, and Adaptec ISA 1542 SCSI board. It's the memory speeds that most concern me. I am now using System Commander 7 to good effect in juggling my Win95C partition and my DOS 6.22 partition. And, it's free. Thanks. The CoCo 3 is connected to my CRT via both composite and s-video. A fellow out there makes s-video adapters (that plug into the RGB port) specifically for the CoCo 3. It's very clear video on a 20" TV CRT. bp

I am finally ready, in this 486 build, to try and get the i486 66 replaced by the AMD 5x86 running @ 160. When I boot, the system reports: Award Modular BIOS v4.50PG #401A0-0305 Am I good? To run 5x86 at 160 you set to 2x clock right? Isn't that the trick? Thanks. bp
