Thinking about upgrading my old Packard Bell corner PC, purchased a mobo that'll let me install those options at the top end of what it can do but what should I choose? Which is truly the best performance?

I may be a minority here but I hate both ME and 2000 🤣. Annoyed the piss out of me that more than half of my games no longer worked when I tried them on a Win2k computer. Plus it was less stable than 98.

Turns out I'm just not used to Windows 3.1, I think it's just ordinary. Click once for a menu double click to open. Gotta say though, Windows 3.1 fucking sucks. No idea how it won out over Geowork Ensemble or OS/2 since you had to quit out of it to run any games reliably anyhow whereas in the others …

Yes I'm sure. The mouse is fine double click works as it should in the mouse properties and when opening programs. I'm 99% sure this is just a thing with Windows 3.10

Didn't even know that was a thing, I own the TL and TL2 (also a 3000HL) and the TL ones are great (3000HL less so).
