super vga patch breaks Bio Menace. When you climb a ladder, flickering screen may appear.

Yes, the parameters should be used with an output method that supports hardware scailing though. surface doesn't seem to work 😀

Sorry for so nice codepage error. The codepage error was already reported. should be solved on the uncomping build. I didn't know that mouse behaves erratic with win 3.11. That is probably because I tested only with win3.1. thx for a report. I am gonna try to fix it.

Someone said 640x400,640x480 are not high resolutions, so I simply added 'force-scaler' If you really want to do it, try this. Don't expect that all the scalers support high resolutions. http://ykhwong.x-y.net/dosbox.exe Run it with a parameter "-forcescaler". It may be unstable.

wd, a clean cvs with vasyl's patch has the same problem as my latest build during my test. Would you tell me some examples of the broken parts?

Here is a patch that I modified a little bit against current cvs. The patch also includes Krounz's bug-fix. I assume that gulikoza updated it himself, too.

Create a batch file with notepad. Copy code to clipboard 1 @echo off 2 "your application executable name" 3 exit Copy the batch file to the directory where the application exists. If the batch file name is "start.bat", type 'start' in dosbox.

Freddo, you can hide the menu bar by pressing Ctrl-Alt-F10. It won't be flickering in fullscreen. Menu bar is a part of game screen, but it is designed to hide in the fullscreen. I will modify or update the patch some time, but it is still imperfect now. 😀

Go to DOSBox development -> DOSBox CVS builds Download a build that supports svga chipset. If a program requires vesa driver, run an extra utility like UNIVESA in dosbox before playing the game.

I am using the latest version of MinGW/MSYS with gcc 3.4.5. Not a debug mode, no optimization flags... (default settings). I hit ./configure;make;strip ./src/dosbox.exe Here is an executable that I compiled.

I applied your graphicopt patch to a clean cvs. Then, there was no problem in a screen as for prehistorik2. However, Bumpy's adventure still has such a problem in a clean cvs with the optimization patch. Especially, game over scene is filled with a blue background. I tried my latest build and …

As soon as TITUS logo appeared at the beginning of Prehistorik2. The screen is the initial scene that a player meets.

SysGOD, if I am right, you applied svga patch, right? Did you modify some lines in graphicsopt patch against SVGA patch? ih8registrations, the third patch made the screen of prehistorik 2 much worse. There's still a bug in bumpy.
