Well, in CS it has the effect of lowering the privilege level of CPL to a lower level than DPL(conforming code segment). OK. Something in my ET4000 changes somehow killed off 8088 MPH a bit: various screens are now half width instead of full width... That's not good. Edit: OK. Definitely has something to do with that. Just found and fixed a little issue with timing of 80(1)86 GRP2 opcodes starting to write their results back at the same time as the calculation starts(only when the BIU is idle at that cycle), instead of when the calculation is complete(and it's cycles elapsed).
