Did a quick bench of my Abit board. And I think it is wierd that it does not matter if I choose one of the slave or the master VLB slot for the CL-5428 VLB card. Hmmmm... Anyway. If you search ATX 1.2 then you can find a couple on eBay. I saw at least two. One from UK and one from US. They seem like they are fair priced. Not too expensive, yet not cheap. Somewere in the middle of the road.

How about combining a compatible card, like the S3 Trio64, with a V2-SLI setup? You get good compatibility in Dos 2d and since you have sub-1ghz P3, then V2 might be the way to go.
