Well, the case is standard AT form factor. It has small stereo speakers and about 10 knobs for volume, inputs for MIC and output on the back, most likely for Karaoke stuff. The Intel D865GLC is great for everything but overclocking. Fast, stable, reliable, and has features that weren't common at the time (fan control for case fans!). Makes for a nice compact µATX build. There are full sized variants too.

Matrox compatibility in DOS games is not that great, and Tseng cards are expensive and not really necessary if you have PCI. Get an S3, Trio64, Mystique, whatever. Get one from a good brand, for output quality/LCD compatibility reasons.
