AFAIK, the 3dfx Voodoo cards are a better match for K6 processors. But I haven't done any testing myself. Maybe later NV drivers addressed this. Didn't have much luck with those. I really like this one: http://sourceforge.net/projects/air-boot/ A "BIOS" oriented user interface 🤣 The Windows built-in method works really well, so it's indeed not needed. But if you want to have a few more OSes, then for sure.

Funny how people make different experiences. I've had nothing but issues with Realtek NICs in my current (top secret) project. The card that works, a D-Link NIC.

I've had the same issue with my TP- Link modem / router when trying to connect to a USB attached storage. Would only work from XP and up. I couldn't solve it and went back to sharing a drive on my home server instead.

Good job! For DOS games, there is no getting around using am ISA sound card :) There is software to enable / disable CPU cache while the machine is running. SETMUL and CPUCACHE for example. Yes it's looping the intro. I've got the DVD Anthology version. But you can also use the GOG versions. Just INNOUNP the installers and delete the nGlide files. You can launch the games from the folder.
